Forty years

on the same street in Holmfirth

Four decades of birthdays, new babies, sorry-you-are-leaving cards and last-minute Christmas panics. We have wrapped a lot of presents.

Holmfirth changes with the seasons and the coach parties, but the shop has stayed where it is: in the middle of town, on Huddersfield Road, with two rooms full of things worth giving. In 2026 we are marking forty years of it.

Our 40th anniversary weekend

Forty years is worth opening something fizzy for. Join us across the weekend of Friday 17 to Sunday 19 July to celebrate, and enter our huge prize draw while you are in.

Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 11am to 3pm. No ticket, no booking. Just come in.

Two rooms, not one

Plenty of people never make it downstairs. There are two rooms filled with lovely things, including home decor. Give yourself the extra ten minutes.

Same street, same job: finding the gift that actually suits the person you are buying it for. Ask us. We have had the practice.

Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Sunday, 11am to 3pm. Walk in off Huddersfield Road, in the centre of Holmfirth.
